AI and automation for owner-run businesses
You built the business. Let’s find out where the time actually goes.
We work with owner-run businesses — small teams, nobody on payroll whose actual job is technology. We don’t arrive with a diagnosis. We look at how the work really runs, then we build what the looking says to build.
What we do
Look first, build second.
First we sit down with how the business really runs — not a template, not an assumption about your industry, just your week. Then we build what that finds: automation, AI where it genuinely earns its place, configured and connected to what you already use and tested before you ever touch it. Nobody hands you a list of software and wishes you luck. Sometimes what we find is small, and we’ll say so rather than sell you something bigger.
The name
A bevel is a finishing cut on an edge that already exists.
You’ve built something that works. We’re not here to tell you to start over — we shape the edge it already has, so it takes less out of you.
Who you’d be talking to
Two people, and you get both of us
There’s no account manager and no handoff. Whoever runs your assessment is the person who builds what comes after it.
Chirag Bachani
Co-founder
Chirag builds the systems — the setup, the connections between tools, and the parts that have to keep working after we leave.
Swar Jain
Co-founder
Swar runs the assessments — the conversation about how your business works, and the written read that comes out of it.
Questions
The ones people actually ask
What does it cost?
The assessment is free. Beyond that, a price on a webpage is a guess about a business we haven’t met, so we quote after we’ve looked — a fixed number against a scope agreed before anything starts, not hourly billing that quietly grows.
So what’s the catch?
There isn’t one, but there is a reason. The assessment is how we introduce ourselves, and doing it properly is the fastest way for both of us to find out whether we’re any use to you.
Do I need to know anything about AI?
No. You need to be able to describe what a normal day looks like and what annoys you about it. Everything we build gets explained in plain language, and if we can’t explain it, we shouldn’t have built it.
Is this going to replace my staff?
That’s not what we’re useful for. What comes off a team is the repetitive part — the same task done the same way every week. The aim is that the people you already have spend their time on the work that needs a person.
